About Framefield

Framefield is an independent video-to-image tool made and maintained under the Framefield name. It helps you keep a particular moment, collect images from a time range, or turn a short clip into a contact sheet.

The tool reads one video from your device. It decodes the video, creates PNG or JPG images, and builds ZIP downloads inside your browser. Your video and extracted images are not uploaded to Framefield or sent through a conversion service.

Choose a single frame, a time interval, a custom frame rate, or every original frame within the tool's local limits. Browser codec support and available device memory affect which files can be processed. The tool describes these limits alongside its controls and documentation.

You do not need an account. Framefield does not maintain a history of your videos or extracted images. Download the images you want to keep before leaving the page.
